Title VI Policy

Metropolitan Transit Authority Notice of Title VI Provisions Metropolitan Transit Authority (MET Transit) operates its programs and services without regard to race, color and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with MET Transit.

If you feel you are being denied participation and /or benefits in this program, or otherwise being discriminated against because of your race, color, or national origin, or would like more information on MET Transit’s civil rights program and the procedures to file a complaint you may contact:

A complainant may file a complaint directly with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) by filing a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights, Attention:
